Junk Removal
Pricing Guide
We price by volume — you only pay for the space your junk takes up in the truck. Labor, loading, and disposal are always included in your quote.

Only Pay For The Space You Need
Every quote is based on how much room your items take up in our 18-cubic-yard truck — roughly 20% bigger than the standard junk removal truck.
1/4 Truck
A few pieces of furniture, a small garage corner, or a single-room declutter.
1/2 Truck
A packed garage, a bedroom set, or a light basement cleanout.
3/4 Truck
A full basement, storage unit, or a small apartment cleanout.
Full Truck
Whole-home cleanouts, estate jobs, and big construction debris hauls.

Here's How We Save You More
Three simple reasons our prices land lower than the national franchises.
We Break Down Bulky Items
Our team disassembles large, bulky items like furniture and appliances to maximize space in the truck. Less wasted room means a smaller load — and a smaller bill for you.

We Don't Pay Franchise Fees
As a family-owned and operated company, we don't hand a slice of every job to a national brand. That savings goes straight back into your price — with a local crew that actually cares how the job goes.

Bigger Trucks, Bigger Savings
Most junk removal trucks hold 14–15 cubic yards. Ours hold 18. Fewer trips, less time on the clock, and more junk cleared for the same money.
Low Overhead In. Jaw-Dropping Prices Out.
We run an efficient operation and skip the unnecessary overhead, so you get competitive, transparent pricing on every junk removal job across Chicagoland.
